Finding the right house is only part of the move.
The neighborhood shapes the life you’ll actually live there: your commute, your routines, where you walk, where the kids go to school, what’s nearby, and simply how it feels to come home at the end of the day.
That’s why I never look at a house in isolation.
Because moving is about an address.
Arriving is about finding where your life fits 🤍

What if, for a few days, you didn’t have to be anywhere else?
We’ll move. We’ll breathe. We’ll eat well. We’ll slow down.
Lots of yoga. Good food. Deep sleep. Time outside. And space to simply be.
DM me if you are interested! 🤍

Moving is one thing. Arriving is another.
A new country comes with a 1000 little things to figure out. You don’t have to figure them all out yourself.
You focus on arriving. I’ll help with the rest 🤍

There are a thousand things to think about when you’re moving.
And somehow, you’re supposed to know how everything works.
Which utilities do I need?
How do the schools work?
What insurance do I need?
Who do I call for internet?
What paperwork am I missing?
What needs to happen before move-in?
These may sound like little things.
But when you’re moving your life (especially to a new country) they don’t feel little at all.
That’s where I come in.
I help with the details, answer the questions you didn’t even know you had, and make sure things don’t fall through the cracks.
So you can spend a little less time figuring everything out…
and a little more time arriving 🤍

Finding someone to rent a property isn’t the difficult part.
Finding someone who will truly care for it is.
Every home has a story. Sometimes it’s a family’s biggest investment. Sometimes it’s the place where children grew up. Handing over the keys is an act of trust.
That’s why I don’t just ask about income, credit scores, or move-in dates.
I ask why people are moving, what they’re looking for, and what they hope their next chapter will look like.
The paperwork matters.
But the conversation matters too.
Because the right tenant isn’t just qualified.
They’re the right fit.

People rarely move because they simply want a different address.
They move for a new assignment.
For family.
For opportunity.
For adventure.
For a better future.
A house is only the beginning.
What people are really searching for is a place where life can unfold.
That’s why I never start by asking, “What kind of house are you looking for?”
I start by asking,
“Tell me about the life you hope to build here.”
